Antique Louis XV game table, mid 18th century, restored

This fantastic antique game table is a true cabinet-making masterpiece. Dated around the middle of the 18th century, in the Louis XV period, it reflects all its characteristics. The structure is made with briar and inlays of precious woods such as rosewood and violet wood, the square top has a wavy shape and is supported by four elegant cabriolé legs. Equipped with small drawers on the sides for storing playing cards. This table comes from an important historic holiday home in northern Italy where noble families gathered to spend their gaming evenings. The table is in perfect condition, with conservative restoration carried out in professional Italian laboratories.
