Beautiful floor lamp design by Memphis Relco Milano Exclusive, adjustable in height via special holes - the two round glasses can be positioned to shield the intensity of the light as desired and direct it just like an eclipse, also tuning it to the manual light intensifier supplied to the floor lamp. The label is lost but certainly the exclusivity of the object appears to be the expression of a designer for companies such as Artemide or Fontana Arte.
