Oil painting on canvas depicting a glimpse of daily life in the neighborhoods of Naples. Plays of shadows, lights, architectural elements, arches, windows, balconies, views, small votive shrines, stairways and, to embellish the story, travellers, elderly people, stalls, tents and small glimpses of blue sky, all described with great attention to detail with accents of bright colours, like the little girl, standing in observation at the center of the composition wearing a light blue dress. Signed lower right "M. Amoroso" and contained in a gilded and carved wooden frame. Conditions: Excellent condition.
