Large and extremely rare advertising poster by Leonetto Cappiello for the E&A Mele e C. department store in Naples, created in 1907. The Mele department store in Naples was the first department store in Italy to devote significant budgets to advertising. The format is very large, 205 x 150 cm. This poster is perhaps the rarest of all Cappiello's works; it is canvas-backed and in perfect condition.
